Payment of hazardous waste fees is pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-294.1, N.C.G.S. 130A-295.02, and 15A NCAC 13A .0117.

The Hazardous Waste Section is pleased to be able to offer a new approach to paying your Resident Inspection Program fees.
