are provided for download at the links indicated. 

- MOVES2014b was the version of the MOVES model used for these analyses.

- Each downloadable file contains the MOVES runSpec files, MOVES input database 
folders, and MOVES output database folders for a single county as shown below:

File and folder names containing "9653_20my" are for modeling emissions with the current I&M program parameters.
File and folder names containing "no_im" are for modeling emissions without an I&M program.

Instructions:
1. Download the compressed archive file to a working folder and extract all files and folders (~190 MB uncompressed).
2. Copy the MOVES runSpec files to your preferred location,
3. Copy the MOVES input and output database files to the MySQL data folder used by your
   installed MOVES2014b application.
