Virtual Public Hearing for Group 6 Rule Readoption

UPDATE: In the abundance of caution, to address protective measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality (DAQ), is providing notice regarding the change of modality for the public hearing on the proposed readoption of Group 6 air quality rules pursuant to G.S. 150B-21.3A, Periodic Review and Expiration of Existing Rules.
