The Division of Waste Management - Solid Waste Section will host a public hearing to accept public comments on Draft Permit 0403-MSWLF-2010 for horizontal and vertical expansion to add additional capacity and to extend the life of the Anson Landfill.  The landfill is located at 375 Dozer Drive, Polkton, Anson County, NC.

North Carolina’s 2023 Appropriations Act Session Law 2023-134 includes fee adjustments for 28 Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) programs to support the delivery of services and state employee salaries.
