Public Comment Period for Proposed Plan to Administer American Rescue Plan Act's State Fiscal Recovery Funding 
The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Water Infrastructure (DWI) is accepting comments until January 12, 2022 on the proposed plan to administer approximately $1.6 billion in federal funds appropriated in the state budget for drinking water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure.
The State Water Infrastructure Authority will meet Dec. 8, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. (In-person and virtually, via WebEx.)
Viable Utility Reserve Committee of the State Water Infrastructure Authority to meet Nov. 10 via Teleconference

The Division of Water Infrastructure is accepting comments on the draft Priority Rating System for Viable Utility Reserve (VUR) wastewater and drinking water construction project funding until November 1, 2021.

The State Water Infrastructure Authority will meet Thursday, Sept. 16, at 9:00 a.m., remotely, via teleconference.
