Box 1015, Clinton, NC 28328) has applied for the coverage under the non-discharge Swine Waste Management System NPDES General Permit (NCA200000) for the Payback Farm (Facility No. 51-24) in Johnston County. This facility is currently permitted under the State Swine Waste Management System General Permit (AWG100000; COC No. AWS510024) and applies treated wastewater to adjacent sprayfields. Comments must be received by Nov. 16, 2017.
