General Statute § 138A-15 mandates that the Chair inquire as to whether any member knows of any known conflict of interest or appearance of conflict with respect to matters before the Commission. If any member knows of a conflict of interest or appearance of a conflict, please so state at this time.

IV. July EMC Agenda Items:
Explanation: The Division of Air Quality requests approval of the hearing officer’s report and final approval of the regulatory impact analysis for the proposed readoption of rules 15A NCAC 02D .0540, .1800-.1808, and .1900-.1907 pursuant to Session Law 2013-413 (H74).
Recommendation: The Hearing Officer recommends that the Environmental Management Commission readopt the proposed rules and grant final approval of the regulatory impact analysis as presented in Chapters II and IV of the hearing officer’s report, respectively.
