SGL Carbon, LLC, 307 Jamestown Road, Morganton, NC  28655 has applied for an NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from an industrial facility located at:  SGL Carbon, LLC, 307 Jamestown Road, Morganton, NC, Burke County.  The facility discharges to Silver Creek, a class WS-IV stream in the Catawba River Basin.
