MS4 Permits to be Renewed:
Public comment or objection to the draft permit NCS000593 for UFP Rockwell is invited. The draft permit is attached below. UFP Rockwell, LLC dba Robbins Manufacturing, 2801 E Beltline Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525 has applied for an NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from an industrial facility located at 175 Old Mail Road, Rockwell, NC in Rowan County. The facility will discharge stormwater to Second Creek in the Yadkin Pee-Dee River Basin.

MS4 Permits to be Renewed:
The Environmental Management Commission seeks public comment on proposed amendments to the state's Coastal Stormwater Rule 15A NCAC 02H .1019 and the associated regulatory impact analysis. The public comment period ends at 5 p.m. on January 2, 2018. A public hearing on the proposed amendment is scheduled as follows:
November 28, 2017 - New Bern-Craven County Public Library, 400 Johnston St, New Bern
The hearing will begin at 6 p.m. Registration for speakers will begin at 5:30 p.m.

UFP Salisbury, LLC, 2801 Beltline Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525 has applied for an NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from an industrial facility at: UFP Salisbury, 358 Woodmill Rd, Salisbury, NC Rowan County. The facility discharges stormwater to Town Creek in the Yadkin Pee-Dee River Basin. Public comment or objection to the attached draft permit No. NCS000218 is invited. All comments received prior to October 27, 2017 will be considered in the final determination regarding permit issuance and provisions.
