Aqua North Carolina, Inc. has applied for renewal of NPDES Permit NC0083941 for the Spring Creek WWTP in Davidson County.  Currently BOD and ammonia nitrogen are water quality limited.  This permitted discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Yadkin-Pee Dee River Basin.
