The City of Raleigh applied to renew NPDES permit for their E. M. Johnson WTP [NC0082376], 10301 Falls of Neuse Rd, Wake County, discharging filter-backwash wastewater to the Neuse River and an unnamed tributary (UT) at Camp New Life (Honeycutt Creek arm of Falls Lake), Neuse River Basin. Currently pH, Turbidity, Total Suspend Solids (TSS), Total Phosphorus (TP) and Total Residual Chloride (TRC) are water-quality limited. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations in this portion of the Neuse River and the Honeycutt Creek Arm of Falls Lake.
