Purpose: To receive comments on the proposed amendments to 15A NCAC 02Q .0802, Gasoline Service Stations and Dispensing Facilities. Also, to receive comment on the accompanying regulatory impact analysis (RIA) for the proposed revisions.

Division of Coastal Management staff will facilitate the hearings, which will be held at the below dates and locations.
