IN-Person Public Hearing will be held August 17, 2021 at 12 noon in the Windsor Community Recreation Center (1601 East Gate City Blvd, Greensboro NC 27401)
At the start of the in-person meeting, members of the public can sign up to give an oral statement of up to five minutes, or written comments could be submitted later by the end of the public comment period.

Notice is hereby given in accordance with G.S. 150B-21.2 and G.S. 150B-21.3A(c)(2)g. that the Department of Environmental Quality intends to adopt the rule cited as 15A NCAC 07O .0203, amend the rules cited as 15A NCAC 07O .0102, .0105, and readopt with substantive changes the rules cited as 15A NCAC 07O .0101, .0103, .0104, .0201, and .0202.

Based on current guidance to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, the NC Department of Environmental Quality is providing notice of the change of procedure for the public hearing on the proposed changes to rules for the NC Coastal Reserve at 15A NCAC 07O. The public hearing will still be conducted at the same date and time, but instead of an in-person meeting, it will be held virtually. In accordance with G.S. 150B-21.2 and G.S. 150B-21.3A(c)(2)g.
The public comment period begins July 6, 2021 and will end August 7, 2021.
