The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Water Resources will hold a public hearing on Oct. 10 in Salisbury as part of a comment period on a proposal to reclassify waters in the Yadkin-Pee Dee River Basin.
Purpose: To receive comments on the proposed amendments to 15A NCAC 02D .0410, PM2.5 Particulate Matter. Also, to receive comment on the accompanying regulatory impact analysis (RIA) for the proposed amendments.
