(607 Curtis Road, Warsaw, NC 28398) is currently permitted under the non-discharge Swine Waste Management System NPDES General Permit (NCA200000; COC No. NCA231152) for the Bowles & Sons Farm, Inc. Farm 2 (Facility No. 31-152) in Duplin County. This facility applies treated wastewater to adjacent sprayfields and has submitted a revised Nutrient Utilization Plan. Written comments must be received before the end of the comment period which is March 25, 2019.
