The public comment period opens for North Carolina Clean Air Act Section 110(l) Noninterference Demonstration for Revisions to Rule 15A NCAC 02D .0902, Applicability.
The State Water Infrastructure Authority will meet April 9 and 10 at the High Country Council of Government.
The meeting is open to the public, with an opportunity for informal public comments.
The authority is an independent body with primary responsibility for awarding federal and state funding for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Other responsibilities include developing a state water infrastructure master plan, recommending ways to maximize the use of available loan and grant funding resources, and examining best and emerging practices.
State Water Infrastructure Authority will meet Wednesday, March 13 at the American Institute of Architects of North Carolina.
