The Division of Air Quality's Outside Involvement Committee is a stakeholder group that includes DAQ staff, the regulated community, environmental groups and the public. The group meets quarterly to provide an opportunity for attendees to ask questions of DAQ staff and management on a wide range of air quality issues and processes. Staff will also provide updates on key changes or issues affecting the division.

The N.C. Coastal Resources Commission (CRC) will meet Nov. 19 and Nov. 20 at the Beaufort Hotel, 2440 Lennoxville Road, Beaufort. The regular business meeting of the CRC will be called to order at 1 p.m. on Nov. 19 and will resume at 9 a.m. on Nov. 20. A public input and comment period is scheduled for 9:05 a.m. on Nov. 20.
