As part of the public comment period for proposed amendments to state stormwater management rules, a series of three public hearings will be held in March at locations across the state. This package of rules has been proposed by the Environmental Management Commission to meet the requirements of G.S. 150B-21.3A “Periodic Review and Expiration of Existing Rules” and Session Law 2013-82 “Fast-Track Permitting for Stormwater Management Systems.”
