This facility discharges from Outfall 001 to an unnamed tributary to Hood Creek in the Cape Fear River Basin. Currently, Total Residual Chlorine is water quality limited for this outfall. This discharge from Outfall 001 may affect future wasteload allocation in this portion of this unnamed tributary to Hood Creek. This facility is additionally permitted to discharge from Outfall 002 to the Cape Fear River in the Cape Fear River Basin. Discharge has not commenced. Currently, Total Residual Chlorine is water quality limited. This discharge from Outfall 002 may affect future wasteload allocation in this portion of the Cape Fear River.
