PERMIT APPLICATION SDC 26 WWTP, LLC, 5320 Old Pineville Rd., Charlotte, N.C., has applied for a Renewal of its NPDES wastewater permit (NC0004944) for SDC 26 WWTP, 7401 Statesville Blvd., Rowan County. The facility discharges industrial wastewater, sanitary wastewater, and stormwater to North Second Creek in the Yadkin-Pee Dee River basin. Some parameters are water quality limited.
