The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) will hold a public hearing on November 14, 2022 at 3:30 p.m. on the proposed adoption of Temporary Rules 15A NCAC 01T for the Aquatic Weed Fund, Shallow Draft Navigation Channel Dredging Fund, and Coastal Storm Damage Mitigation Fund.
