Public Hearing for SSI and CISWI State Plans

June 27, 2022, 3pm - 5pm
Purpose: To receive comments on the proposed State Plans implementing the Emission Guidelines (EG) for Sewage Sludge Incineration (SSI) Units and Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration (CISWI) Units in 40 CFR Part 60, Subparts MMMM and DDDD. A joint public comment period and public hearing will be held to receive comments on both State Plans. The hearings will be held consecutively, such that comments are received on each proposed State Plan separately.
