Notice is hereby given in accordance with G.S. 150B-21.2 that the Coastal Resources Commission intends to hold a public hearing to amend the rules cited as 15A NCAC 07H .0208, .0306, .0308, 07J .1301; 07K .0207; 07M .0302, .0307, .0602, .0603 and repeal the rules cited as 15A NCAC 07M .0301, .0306 and .0308.
