Environmental Management Commission is seeking public comment on 15A NCAC 02C Rules (Well Construction Standards). The public is encouraged to submit comments on the proposed rules at a public hearing and/or via email or postal mail to the N.C. Division of Water Resources. All comments received by Jan. 14, 2019 will be considered in the final recommendations regarding proposed actions to the rules.
