North, Pink Hill, N.C. 28572) has applied for approval for the modification of an irrigation system design on one existing waste application field for the facility covered under the Swine Waste Management System NPDES General Permit (NCA200000) for the Lynn & Annette Smith Farm (Facility No. 31-656) in Duplin County. The setbacks from the ditches are to be in permanent vegetation. This facility is currently permitted under the NPDES Swine Waste Management System General Permit (NCA200000; COC No.
