South Granville Water & Sewer Authority (SGWASA) has applied to renew the NPDES permit for the SGWASA WTP [NC0058416], which discharges filter-backwash wastewater to an unnamed tributary to Knap of Reeds Creek in the Neuse River Basin. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations in this portion of Knap of Reeds Creek.
