Beltline Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI  49525 has applied for an NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from an industrial facility at:  UFP Elizabeth City, 141 Knobbs Creek Drive, Elizabeth City, NC, Pasquotank County.  The facility discharges stormwater to Knobbs Creek in the Pasquotank River Basin.  All comments received prior to October 27, 2017 will be considered in the final determination regarding permit issuance and provisions.
