Mark Davis (1517 Nash Johnson’s Pond Road, Magnolia, N.C., 28433) has applied for coverage under the non-discharge Swine Waste Management System NPDES General Permit (NCA200000) for the Mark Davis I Farm (Facility No. 31-243) in Duplin County. This facility is currently permitted under the State Swine Waste Management System General Permit (AWG100000; COC No. AWS310243) and applies treated wastewater to adjacent sprayfields. Comments must be received by Nov. 16, 2017.
