City of Albemarle has requested renewal of permit NC0024244 for its Long Creek WWTP in Stanly County. This permitted facility discharges treated municipal wastewater to Long Creek in the Yadkin River Basin. Currently, several parameters are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this segment of Long Creek.
