PERMIT APPLICATION Albemarle Corporation, 4250 Congress St., Suite 900, Charlotte, N.C., has applied for a New NPDES wastewater permit (NC0090212) for Kings Mountain Mine, 348 Holiday Inn Dr., Kings Mountain, Cleveland County. The facility discharges industrial wastewater and stormwater to Kings Creek in the Broad River basin. Some parameters are water quality limited.
