This report is submitted to meet the requirements of Session Law 2021-180 Section 40.7(d), as amended by SL 2022-43 Sec. 2 and SL 2024-32 Sec. 5.2, which requires the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) to report on expenditures of funds authorized for stream debris removal and other flood mitigation strategies throughout the state.
