This proclamation closes the following areas in Brunswick and Carteret Counties: All waters between IWW Beacon "1" near Southport and IWW Beacon "51A", to include Lockwoods Folly River and the Lockwoods Folly Inlet area; Newport River, North River, Ward Creek, Whitehurst Creek, Sleepy Creek, and Jarrett Bay.
