This proclamation closes the following areas in Brunswick, Onslow, and Carteret Counties: All those waters between IWW "84" and the South Carolina State Line, including Tubbs Inlet; Queens Creek; a portion of Newport River; Core Creek; and a portion of Oyster Creek.
