This proclamation closes the following areas in Brunswick, New Hanover, Pender, Onslow, and Carteret Counties: IWW Beacon "84" to SC line, including Tubbs Inlet; Shallotte River; Southport to IWW Beacon "51A" to include Lockwoods Folly River and Inlet area; all waters between Figure Eight Island Bridge and Snows Cut to include Myrtle Grove Sound, Masonboro Sound, Middle Sound, and Pages Creek; IWW to mainland between Surf City Bridge and Figure Eight Island Bridge to include Topsail Sound, Old Topsail Creek, Virginia Creek, and Beckys Creek; All waters between Hatch Point and the Surf City Bridge to include Stump Sound, Alligator Bay, and Chadwick Bay; IWW to the mainland between the Emerald Isle High-rise Bridge and IWW CM #65A to include Salliers Bay, Freeman Creek, Bear Creek, Queens Creek, and White Oak River; Newport River, Core Creek, North River, Ward Creek, Whitehurst Creek, Sleepy Creek, Jarrett Bay, Oyster Creek, Brett Bay, and Nelson Bay.
