This proclamation returns the following areas to normal closure boundaries: Newport River, Core Creek, a portion of North River, Whitehurst Creek, Sleepy Creek, a portion of Jarrett Bay, and will reopen those leases in Newport River and North River that were closed exclusively for relaying.
