This proclamation returns the following areas to normal closure boundaries: Ocean Isle Beach, Lockwoods Folly River, Lockwoods Folly River Inlet area, Bogue Sound, Newport River, North River, Ward Creek, the Straits, Whitehurst Creek, Sleepy Creek, and Wade Creek.
