This proclamation returns the following areas to normal closure boundaries: Alligator Bay, Chadwick Bay, Intracoastal Waterway between Emerald Isle Bridge and Salliers Bay, Salliers Bay, Freeman Creek, Bear Creek, Queens Creek, and White Oak River.
