This proclamation closes the following areas in Onslow, Carteret, and Pamlico Counties: Hatch Point to Beacon "15" near Galleon Bay to include Chadwick Bay, Whitehurst Creek, Sleepy Creek, Oyster Creek, and all waters between a line from Maw Point to Fl. Beacon "NR" to a point in the river to a point near Dawson Creek to include Broad Creek (Pamlico County).
