This proclamation closes the following areas in Brunswick, New Hanover, Pender, Onslow, Carteret, Craven, and Pamlico Counties: All of Brunswick County, all of New Hanover County, all of Pender County, all of Onslow County, White Oak River, Bogue Sound, Newport River, North River, Ward Creek, The Straits, Whitehurst Creek, Sleep Creek, Jarrett Bay, Oyster Creek, Brett Bay, Nelson Bay, portions of Back Sound and Core Sound, Thorofare Bay, Rumley Bay, Lewis Creek, Cedar Island Bay, Long Bay, West Bay, North Bay, West Thorofare Bay, Neuse River, Adams Creek, South River, Turnagain Bay, Bay River, Jones Bay, Oyster Creek in Pamlico County, James Creek, Middle Prong, and Clark Creek.
