This proclamation returns the following areas to normal closure boundaries: Pender County, Topsail Sound, Stump Sound, Salliers Bay, Freeman Creek, Bear Creek, a portion of Bogue Sound, Newport River, Wade Creek, Oyster Creek, Barry Bay, Thorofare Bay, Rumley Bay, and Cedar Island Bay.
