This proclamation closes the following areas in New Hanover County: All those waters from the Intracoastal Waterway to the mainland between IWW Marker "129" near Shinn Creek and IWW Marker "155" near Carolina Beach Inlet, to include the Intracoastal Waterway and portions of Myrtle Grove and Masonboro Sounds.
