This proclamation returns the following areas to normal closure boundaries:  Myrtle Grove Sound, Masonboro Sound, Salliers Bay, Freeman Creek, Bear Creek, Brown Inlet, Bear Inlet, a portion of White Oak River, Bogue Inlet, and Back Sound.
