This proclamation returns the following areas to normal closure boundaries: A portion of Stump Sound, Chadwick Bay, Sallier's Bay, Bogue Sound and a portion of Newport River. 

Effective Date: Shellfish reopening effective at sunrise, Friday, July 28, 2023.
