This proclamation returns the following areas to normal boundaries effective at sunrise, Saturday, September 9, 2023: Shallotte Inlet, Lockwoods Folly Inlet, Lockwoods Folly River, Bear Creek, Bear Inlet, White Oak River, a portion of Newport River, Core Creek, Pamlico River, Pungo River, Spencer Bay, Swanquarter Bay, Wysocking Bay, and Long Shoal River.
