This proclamation returns the following areas to normal closure boundaries: Tubbs Inlet, Shallotte River, the Intracoastal Waterway behind Holden Beach, Lockwoods Folly River, Ward Creek, and Whitehurst Creek.
Effective Date: Shellfish reopenings effective at sunrise, Wednesday, February 8, 2023.
