This proclamation closes the following areas in Brunswick and New Hanover Counties: All waters between Snows Cut and the South Carolina State Line, to include Tubbs Inlet, Shallotte River, Shallotte Inlet, Lockwoods Folly River, Lockwoods Folly Inlet, Cape Fear River, and Bald Head Island.
Effective Date: Shellfish temporary closures effective at 8:10 a.m., Monday, September 16, 2024.
