Wise Storage Solutions, LLC [P.O. Box 804, Mount Airy, NC  27030-0804] requested renewal of NPDES permit NC0003441 for its storage facility in Stokes County.  This facility discharges to the Little Dan River in the Roanoke River Basin. Currently no parameters are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations to the receiving stream.
