PERMIT APPLICATION
Foss Aman Holdings, 7037 Highway 70 West, La Grange, N.C., has applied for a renewal of its NPDES wastewater permit (NC0058271) for Duplin Bioenergy, 1838 NC Highway 11/903, Kenansville, Duplin County, N.C. 28349. The facility discharges stormwater to the unnamed tributary to Northeast Cape Fear River in the Cape Fear River basin. Some parameters are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Cape Fear River basin.
