Notice of Public Hearing on September 28, 2026, for Stamey Farm Road Data Center/Compass Data Center Individual Water Quality Certification; DWR #20260426 Version 1
The public is hereby notified that DWR will hold a public hearing from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday, September 28, 2026, at Mitchell Community College Continuing Education Campus, Joe Troutman Auditorium, 701 West Front Street, Statesville, 28677.
Sign-in and speaker registration will begin at 5:30 p.m. DWR is unable to guarantee that there will be enough time to hear comments from all people who register to speak. The purpose of this public hearing is to allow interested individuals to submit verbal and/or written comments regarding the 401 Water Quality Certification application submitted to DWR.
