To ensure compliance with the Coastal Zone Management Act for sinkhole repairs at the USCG Elizabeth City Boat Ramp, the USCG is requesting a Federal Consistency Determination. The State’s review of the submitted federal consistency determination request will determine if the proposed project in Perquimans County is consistent with the enforceable policies of North Carolina’s Coastal Management Program. The proposed action includes utilizing fiber sacks filled with #57 stone to be placed within the sinking areas before topdressing with soil and grass seeding.
