Notice of Intent to Issue an NPDES Wastewater Permit No. NC0083135-B & B Produce 
The North Carolina Environmental Management Commission proposes to issue NPDES wastewater discharge permits to the persons listed below. Written comments regarding the proposed permits will be accepted until 30 days after the publication date of this notice. The Director of the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) may hold a public hearing should there be a significant degree of public interest. Please mail comments and/or information requests to DWR at the address listed above. Interested persons may visit DWR at 512 N. Salisbury Street, Raleigh, NC 27604, to review the information on file. B&B Produce of Benson, Inc. has requested renewal of permit NC0083135 for its facility (2778 NC Hwy 50, Benson, NC 27504) in Johnston County.  This permitted facility discharges vegetable rinsing wastewater to an unnamed tributary to Mingo Swamp in the Cape Fear River Basin.  Currently, no parameters are water quality limited.  This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of Mingo Swamp.
